“When I first started working with small businesses, I was drawn to the surprising dynamism of these companies and the entrepreneurs that run them. Small businesses may be small in terms of revenue, but the growth prospects, business challenges, and rewards from operating them are anything but! In my experience, the individuals that become search fund entrepreneurs are the most fun and interesting people to work with.
At Trilogy, I spend most of my time working hand-in-hand with our entrepreneurs on the financial, business, and market analyses that lead up to the acquisition of a company. We believe that thorough due diligence helps search fund entrepreneurs buy better businesses and – in turn – creates better outcomes for everyone.”
