“Two aspects of search funds keep me jumping out of bed in the morning. The first is the variety of problems we work with entrepreneurs to solve – from industry analysis, to that first 100-day plan, to best-practice software development – there is an opportunity to add value in so many ways. The second is the relationships we form. It’s an enormous professional leap to raise a search fund, and it’s incredibly rewarding to be a trusted partner to the outstanding leaders who ‘put skin in the game’ to find and grow a small business.”
