Alicia Young

Executive Assistant

Alicia is based out of Trilogy's Bellevue office. Prior to joining Trilogy, she spent several years with a public accounting firm in Seattle, where in addition to executive support, she also led hiring and recruiting, business development, and team operations. In total, she has over 10 years of administrative, operations, and executive support experience across a variety of industries, including public accounting, legal, higher education, construction, non-profit performing arts, and retail. Alicia earned her BA from University of California San Diego, where she double-majored in theatre and dance.

A Seattle-area native, Alicia enjoys live music (especially when it's her husband on drums), tending to her plant collection (at home and in the office), and spending time on her yoga mat (preferably in a hot room).
