Kristen is a career HR generalist who has held HR leadership positions with companies ranging in size from Fortune 500 enterprises to 50 person startups, including KPMG, Washington Mutual, Forsythe Technology and Azuqua. Finding that she really enjoys working with small to mid-sized companies, Kristen decided to leverage her 15+ years in HR leadership roles to help these organizations create and implement an HR strategy that meets the needs of their businesses and employees. Most recently, Kristen has been providing HR consulting support to TSP portfolio companies, including Crown Health and Botanical Designs, along with a number of other organizations headquartered in the greater Seattle area from the technology, accounting, professional services and publishing industries. She has a BS in Human Resources from Miami University.
Originally from the Chicago area, Kristen lives with her husband, their two children and their labradoodle Chloe in the Queen Anne neighborhood of Seattle. When not fighting for bandwidth with her family or doing repairs on their 115-year-old house, Kristen enjoys cooking, biking, boating and generally trying to enjoy the beautiful Pacific Northwest.
