Nikita is based out of Trilogy’s office in Bellevue, Washington – she joined the team after a successful exit as CEO of Crown Health, formerly a Trilogy portfolio company. She is a board member for Indigo Physical Therapy. She transitioned to search from consulting at the Boston Consulting Group and was previously a Production Engineer for The Boeing Company. She has a Bachelor’s and Master’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Southern California and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
Nikita is passionate about increasing the pipeline of women and minority searchers and helping others find sustainable and fulfilling career paths within the search community. She is a longtime PNW resident and enjoys exploring the many scenic highways and byways of the region with her husband and their small red dog, Louis, in a converted cargo van. She enjoys cooking, gardening and crafting and hopes to claim proficiency in one of these pursuits someday.
