Marc helps Trilogy's search fund entrepreneurs identify growth opportunities by analyzing buyer decision-making processes, drivers of customer satisfaction, and sources of competitive advantage. He works with searchers in both due diligence and post-acquisition phases to develop customer and competitor insights that hone go-to-market strategies and unlock untapped market potential.
As co-founder of Cyrca Strategy, Marc provides strategic advisory services to executives from leading B2C and B2B brands on customer, product, and go-to-market strategy. His clients span multinational brands such as Shiseido, American Eagle, and Expedia to non-profits such as PATH and Big Brothers/Big Sisters. Marc developed his consulting philosophy – that strategic advantage emerges from net-new knowledge gained through primary research and advanced analytics – through leadership roles at Lenati (now Concentrix), Deloitte, and other boutique consultancies.
Based in Seattle, Marc enjoys poker night, backpacking, and exploring AI's potential to develop novel methodologies across disciplines. He’s currently partnering with a non-profit to bring data-driven customer journey mapping and customer segmentation methods to foster parent recruitment.
