Sophia Mendoza

Sophia is based out of Trilogy’s Mercer Island office. Prior to joining Trilogy, she gained experience working across both non-profit organizations and public accounting, where she supported executive leadership and contributed to operations, project management, and cross-functional coordination. Sophia earned her BA in Psychology from Washington State University, where she further developed her analytical skill set through research experience in neuropsychology.

In addition to her professional experience, Sophia participates in community-focused volunteer initiatives supporting youth-serving organizations. Sophia enjoys staying active through outdoor activities and sports, discovering the area’s best coffee shops, spending time with her two cats, and exploring new recipes in the kitchen
