Taylor supports search fund entrepreneurs in full-lifecycle recruiting and recruiting infrastructure. He works with searchers during due diligence and post-acquisition to navigate competitive hiring markets and build foundational teams from the ground up. Taylor brings over 15 years of experience supporting early-stage startups across a wide range of industries, with a focus on B2B and B2C SaaS.
Taylor served as Practice Director at Bandwidth, supporting a variety of companies within the Trilogy portfolio. He is currently the co-founder of MW Recruiting, a Seattle-based recruiting and workforce strategy firm. Known for his versatility and long-term partnership mindset, Taylor seamlessly integrates into internal talent organizations to turn complex hiring challenges into scalable growth.
Taylor is a Seattle native, where he lives with his wife, son, and dog, Malachi. He holds a BA in Economics from the University of Washington and is a lifelong supporter of the Husky football and basketball programs. Outside of work, you can find him shooting hoops, playing golf, gardening, and cooking.
